The zero filters make such a difference; if I wasn't able to use them, I'd drink a lot less water or have to put some unhealthy flavoring in it.

We have a new well that has finally tested safe to drink. However, there is a mild sulfer/metalic taste to our water, even being filtered through our new refrigerator. I purchased the small water pitcher to see if this product would help, and I am so very impressed with it. When I pour my refrigerator-filtered water through this Zero Water filter, the taste is perfect! I was so surprised that it actually worked. I would love to know if you all make a filter for refrigerators, specifically KitchenAid models.
The only con I have to give for this product, and the ONLY reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the lid. It just "sits" on the top of the pitcher. When I try to pour water out of it, the lid shifts and water spills everywhere. Why not make the lid lock into place so this does not happen? It would be good to have it seal so the water stays fresh, instead of being open at the spout.

Filters work as advertised, some people fail to read the warning that some may leak due to the residue left from the processing of the charcoal part of the filter, but does not mean the filter is defective.

Great replacement filters

I bought these replacement filters a month ago. They work great. Normally 1 filter is last for 1 month. Good quality of filter water.

Mixed experience

I have been using zero water filters for the past 4 or 5 years and I have had a kind of mixed experience with the life of the filter cartridge. I use O filtered water for drinking purposes only. Some times the filter will give bitter metallic tasting water after two weeks and some filters would last for over a month . This is a big inconvenience as I like the taste of zero filtered water. But it gets very expensive when I have to change the filter after only a couple of days of regular normal use
