Love this filter! Our water is terrible and now I can feel confident that I'm drinking and cooking with safe water. The filters last pretty long too, which is nice. Refills are reasonably priced. Very happy with this product.

been using for 3 yrs to filter camping well water and never got reading below 160 from high of 230
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Please contact customer service at 1.800.503.2939 . Please make sure you are threading the filter into the device. Additionally our filters should only be used with potable water.

Better than bottled

I've used these filters for several years now and love it! My city water is so chem-ed, you can smell the chlorine when you run the tap. A new neighbor was over recently and when she tasted my water she said that my bottled water tasted better than hers. When I showed her my filter container and filters she was amazed. She spends four times as much on big refillable ten gallon bottles at the grocery store and then has to find someone to lift them when she has to move them. You'll be getting an order from her soon. lol

While at a camp ground, the city water from a potable water hose still leaves a peculiar taste. Zero Water pitcher and filter to the rescue! Makes the water purer and gets rid of that odd taste.
