The product is exactly what I thought it should be. I am giving 4 stars because I want to see how the first one will perform then I will come back and adjust my rating accordingly. So far it's working very fine. Taste of water is great, no issues now. Great product so far!
Love my Zero water filter system! Depending on water quality, these filters last about two to three months for me. Just wish I could get a twelve pack again instead of this four pack. Thanks!
Filters and pitcher are great. I've been using them for several years; my son's family uses them, as well. I even use the filtered water for pets water bowls and for making ice (I don't have an ice maker). I just wish they'd make recycling the filters easier and faster. It takes months to get the credit and I often have to call to get a code.
These work very well I and I'm on the filter subscription now. I live in the desert and go through one of these filters every two weeks. I really need a recycle option for the filters.

My husband adores the Zerowater pitcher and the filters we ordered came quickly and were priced right. We use the pitcher every single day and he swears he is healthier and happier. Would recommend this to everyone, and of course purchasing the filters in a larger quantity to take advantage of great savings.

Smells and tastes like fish

I’m not one to leave reviews ever. I only do if I am extremely dissatisfied with a product. I bought my pitcher and filter about a month ago and the water started smelling and tasting like fish. I am giving it two stars because it is user error, I should have looked more into it I suppose, but I really think this should be disclosed because it is awful. Even if Brita and other filters go bad, this doesn’t happen and the water is still edible. Something this expensive should need replaced so quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. After Zero Water filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads. We have gone to great lengths in reducing that taste/smell in product development however this is simply a characteristic of filtering water with a Dual-Ion Exchange system. In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

No wonder they called it Zerowater!

Our local tap water measures 220 ppm with our personal meter. We just began using our Walmart purchased $31.88 ZeroWater 10-Cup Pitcher today (7/3/15). On the first use, our meter read 0 ppm for the filtered water. My daughter remarked, "No wonder they called it Zerowater!" The filtered water tasted more smooth and less bitter. Thanks Zero Technologies!

We just bought a new frig with water filter/dispenser and it doesn't filter as well as my Zero Water system. I LOVE it and that's all I use... fill the coffee maker, cook with and of course drink.
