Best water filter I've tried! Very pleased with this product! I'm drinking more water now because the filter gets rid of all the chemical taste. Before using the filter the water tasted like bleach, but now after filter it I'd perfect!

The only thing I don't like is that it really slows down filtering after the first 10 gallons or so. I've figured out that if I spray water into the top, it speeds up for a while.

I am very unhappy with my last 2 orders of these filters. I order in boxes of 2 filters each. Out of 4 filters, 2 were covered in mold on the top of the filter and 1 was making the water black when filtering and tested at an 8 before I even got to use it. That means 3 of 4 filters that I paid for are unusable. These filters are not cheap but I've always felt the expense was worth it because they did such an excellent job with contaminants. However, a 75% failure rate is not sustainable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install resulting in great water. Our tap water frequently tastes like iodine and this removes all tastes.

I have a 32 cup dispenser and I love it! I thought it would take up alot space but, it doesn't. It's perfect. The filters are easy to replace as well.

Make sure the while sunken lid has a “moist” seal (with water) or the filter won’t work correctly. Really like the filters
