I WOULD NOT DRINK WATER WITHOUT THIS SYSTEM!!

I HAVE USED ZERO WATER FOR YEARS, WOULD NOT DRINK WATER MAKE COFFEE, MAKE TEA WITHOUT IT, OR ANY OTHER BEVERAGE. I USE IT IN MY COOKING AND BOILING VEGGIES OR EGGS, WHATEVER, AS WELL. THERE IS NOTHING EQUAL TO THIS SYSTEM. I LOVE IT AND LOVE THAT I CAN TEST THE WATER TO CHECK ON THE FILTER, TOO. EASY! I USE IT TO RINSE VEGGIES IN, AND OTHER KITCHEN ITEMS, AS WELL AS JEWELRY CLEANING, RINSING. LOTS OF USES FOR A HEALTHY WATER SUPPLY! ZERO MAKES IT ALL BETTER!

Zero water pitcher filters have been an absolute necessity in my home for many years. I will not consume our tap water, unfiltered and unmonitored. Zero filters are the only ones which filter out Chromium 6.

We have been using Zero Water for four years and woud not trade it for any other filtration sytem!! I dropped my dispenser and broke it. I bought a replacement at Walmart. The spout would not work wiyhouut leaking. I called Zero Water Customer Service and without any questions asked they sent me a new one immediately! That makes me a LOYAL Customer. We do love the way our filtered water tastes. Have recommended the product to many people and will continue to do so!!!

I'm a former Brita user & Zero Water filters give my water a much cleaner taste, tops as far as I'm concerned

Bad filter

I purchased the 23 cup dispenser July 1st along with 4 extra filters from Wal-Mart. I love the fact that our water went from 287 to 0 and the taste is good. The filter lasted about 5 weeks. I replaced the filter this morning 8/18/15 and it leaks at the top. The 0 ring is in place, my husband removed the filter and put it back on, still leaks. We opened a second filter and placed it on the unit, it works fine. How can we get filter replaced? They are too expensive to throw away and I can't not return just one to WM. Can you help us with that?
