Love this system!

Have been using this for several years and would never change. We have well water and it makes all the difference, removes bad tastes and particles, just love it!

Lately the filters don't work as well...

Is there a canadian website? I tried to purchase filters on here, but it seems to cater to US residents. We have the large rectangular filter unit. Lately it's getting increasingly difficult to find zerowater filters locally (hamilton, ontario canada). ALSO, recently I noticed that the seal changed from black (removable) to blue (non-removable), and am having problems with the filters ceasing to filter water (I have to unscrew the filter and then screw it back on again every couple days).. or water just sits at the top of the unit & doesn't filter down. This problem started when the seals changed. I'm hoping this problem is being addressed (and hopefully this is the reason why zerowater cartridges seam to be 'off the shelves' lately). The removable black seals were definitely better.

I have been using these filters for a long time and I tell everyone I know about it. Guests that come over always tell me I have the best water! It's expensive, yeah, but you'll taste the difference. With how long it will last, it's actually cheaper in the long term.

We use a large double filter dispenser in our kitchen for coffee, tea, and for drinking. Each bathroom at home has a Zerowater pitcher, but, most importantly, we have a dispenser in our RV. On the road, we never know for sure where our water is coming from. Therefore, all of our drinking water gets the Zerowater treatment when we are traveling.

I live in mountain grove mo. The water is terrible. The filters do exactly as described. Coffee and water is now so much better. Can you make a filter that takes out bacteria as well. thank you.
