The best Water ever

I bought this in Dec and it has exceeded my expectation I have bought other products but none come close to the clean fresh water and no more lugging water thank you for making a outstanding water system

Waste of money! We got incredibly sick from the water after about a month of use. Checked the water and it was 4 times contaminated than our faucet water. The company told me most people don’t get 40 gallons from the filter because it depends on how bad the water is it needs to filter. They said once the filter is full it cannot hold all the contaminants (so dumps it into the water you think is clean!). They were unapologetic and super unhelpful. I tried it again, changed the filter and barely used it for NINE DAYS and checked it everyday and on the ninth day the meter read 25 contaminants.. no way I got even 9 gallons out of that filter.. waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

An excellent water filter

I've been using these filters for several years now and I'm very satisfied of how well they filter out contaminants. The only thing that keeps me from giving this product five stars is that sometimes when I'm filling up my water pitcher, the water just sits there. I have to pour a stream of water into the filter itself to displace any bubbles or small air pockets that keep the water from flowing into the filter. Once that's done, the water flows into the filter as usual.

Refreshing taste

I've been using my Zerowater large dispenser for years. Anyone who drinks water at my home can taste the refreshing water they consume. I also use only this water for cooking.

I love Zero Water

I have been using your filters for a year and I can taste the difference. We live in Florida and our unfiltered water is under 300ppm so the filters do an excellent job and last a long time. I recommend the product to family and friends. I have the 23 cup pitcher which is great for us.

Easy to use

We drink a lot of ZERO water. The main reason is the water taste really good and knowing that nothing toxic in it. I've been using Zero Water over 3 years, what I noticed lately is the filter does not last as long as used to be. Our water starts nicely 0 for about 2 weeks then started to 6, 40, then 162 in about 3rd weeks. I believe our town water is not clean, that is the reason why. Normally resister on the meter as 178-189. I totally refuse to drink it and bottle water is too expensive to use for cooking. Love Zero Water!
