For all of other users of ZeroWater filters. Make sure you pour water directly on top of the filter (where the mesh is) that helps the filter to work faster and drain all of the unfiltered water down. Other than that it is an amazing product and water taste amazing!!!

The filters do as they say and filter everything out. We cook with nothing but Zero water and it's the only water we drink.

I was buying my water from a local company in very large bottles for my dispenser. The water was good but I have arthritis and it was hard to handle those heavy bottles. I love my 23 cup Zerowater dispenser, it costs more in the long run but the convenience is worth every cent, plus the water is always cold!! I do wish the filters were not so pricey, but heck.....without Zerowater my tap water tastes horrid!

ZEROWATER is a very refreshing taste... everyone that comes to visit me at my home always tells me how refreshing my water taste and I tell them it's because of ZEROWATER filters... No bottle water at my house only ZEROWATER !!!!
