Filters better than the ones that attach to your faucet or pour through pitchers. Even takes out the junk that comes from old pipes in older homes. Who wants to drink that?

I have had my Zero Water dispenser since November, 2015, and have used it continuously since then for drinking and cooking. The taste is very pleasant and there is no build up on my water cooking tea pot. The TDS is very helpful in telling me when the filter needs replacing. Thanks for such a great product!
Seems to get to 6 Awfully fast even when i use pre-filtered water. But love the water. Just wish it was more alkaline.

Our ZeroWater has made a huge difference in the taste of our water and everything using water as an ingredient (coffee, tea, recipes). My only complaint would be the design of the pitcher in that when filled to the level at which some water remains in the top if you pour a glass the untreated water will leak out the spout as the lid doesn't completely seal that area. A small problem but it could be easily eliminated with a redesign of the lid. We have a different filtering device that doesn't do this but the ZeroWater is so far superior in terms of treating the water that we no longer use the other brand.
While the filters do what they're supposed to--create great-tasting water--they're far too expensive and create too much waste. I'm lucky if I get two weeks out of a filter before the water starts tasting citrusy, and then I have to pay to ship them back for recycling. I'll be switching to a different filtration system.
I use my filtered ZeroWater for EVERYTHING. I have the one that requires 2 filters which I use for my hot/cold water dispenser and the pitcher for my bathroom. When my son's older dog's blood work showed her kidneys functioning around 20% I immediately bought a ZeroWater pitcher and told him to take her completely off tap (city) water. 6 months later her blood work improved dramatically - the vet was quite impressed.
