2 out of 4 filters had problems. One did not let water through at all and the other had a residual taste almost like soap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for kids!

I've had my dispenser for almost a year, and my family couldn't be more pleased with the product. My three young children go through a ton of water everyday, and there is no way we could possibly go through that many bottled waters and feel okay about it. We've had other filtration systems in the past that didn't really do much. The water tastes amazing, and my children can easily access the dispenser to get water any time they need it without trying to lift a heavy pitcher. Our regular tap water reading is 068, and I've only had to replace our filter once this year with constant daily use. Thanks Zero Water!

Easy to order online, delivery was timely. Love the pitchers, the filters work on so much to ensure you are drinking the healthiest water! My only issue is the issues with coupon codes that is still being worked on after three weeks.

Ever since I bought ZEROWATER I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT BOTTLED WATER and this has been going on now for more than 4 years. I am a health nut and I believe in living free from contaminents
