Great tasting water!

I bought my pitcher about 2-1/2 years ago, and I am just purchasing my first replacement filter today! I have had great tasting water for all this time, and finally the meter just began to read between 2 and 5 on the filtered water. I live in an area where the tap water measures about 30, so this is probably why the original filter lasted so long; but I had to throw in my 2 cents and rave about the quality of this product! I absolutely love my Zero Water pitcher!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.

Chrystal Clear is what I get...after my drinking water after going through these filters for my 10 cup Water Pitcher. I've been using Zero Water systems for a few years now, and I'm quite a satisfied customer!

Better than expected!

Zero water filtration was better than I expected. I always get letters from my town saying it failed the water testing, but it's not bad enough to boil the water. I'm not taking any chances as I drink a lot of water. These filters lasted longer than I expected (my starting tap water tds was about 124) and my filters lasted me 3+ months. The filtration is faster than I expected too! Great job Zerowater!
