We have well water, which, is very rough on anything, especially drinking! I used to use Brita but I've changed to what is really a much more powerful screening out of things we don't want or need to drink. I also like very much that you take the filters back to recycle so that we do not throw them into landfills.

Horrible taste nasty too quick

The only good thing about buying this is the meter you get with the filter. I still buy bottled water and this is just sitting on my kitchen collecting dust.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. After Zero Water filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads. We have gone to great lengths in reducing that taste/smell in product development however this is simply a characteristic of filtering water with a Dual-Ion Exchange system.
In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

The water is good, however I never would have bought it if I knew that the filters only last a month. For the expense, they should last longer, or you should lower the price. Plus, the tendency of the filters to get bubbles in them and stop filtering is super annoying.

Wish I found this water filtration system sooner! I never cared to drink water and was always dehydrated, finally now with the great taste of Zero water, it has really changed my life! Who knew how important water is for our health... Stay hydrated my friends =)

Switched to Zero Water from Brita, and yes, there was a noticeable difference! I am enjoying my pitcher not only for great drinking water but excellent clean water for my coffee machine. Excellent!

I’ve used Zero water system for a few years. I love the pure water, no fluoride or other toxic heavy metals. I’m not a well to do person, ZeroWater is affordable with great quality water.

Water tastes really weird after just a few weeks

I purchased zero water and absolutely LOVED IT. my filter lasted months and I even bought one for my work and even my husband living in Europe. After I purchased more filters the next batch started having this WEIRD taste. I thought it was just me. So I got another filter and changed it and in just 2 weeks it did it again. I brought more filters to my husband in Europe and same thing. I dont k ow what changed. They already shipped me replacement filters but those did the same thing too. What a bummer! I have 3 pitchers now that I can't use.
