The zero water system is great, I only would like for the filter to last longer than 1 week.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.

Filters are simple to use and produce perfect water.
After reading the paperwork, I would expect to get more life from the filters. The ones I use for camping do up to 1500 gallons, then reverse flush filter. But i'm not using a 10ltr bag at home.
Feel confident that I am getting better water quality every day that I rely on when I take daily vitamins , etc.

To this day, I still use Zero Water filters in my water cooler. They don't sell the water5cooler anymore but the filters fit and works relatively well giving me a good 4-5 weeks of filtration. I'm giving them 3 stars because, although they work well, they used to be better and lasted for at least 6-8 weeks. As a long time user, I could tell immediately that the filter content was changed. The water used to trickle in very slowly but, in my opinion, it was adjusted to save on filtration materials so now, the cooler fills up faster and, again, the filtration doesn't last too long - still good - but now I have to buy the filters and change them out more often.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your filters are not lasting as long. Has the TDS of your unfiltered tap water changed? Higher TDS levels will cause the filter to exhausted faster.
