Great filters

Our TDS is only 59, outside our home water lines. We have a whole house water filter but the water doesn't taste nice out of the tap. So we filter through the Brita. Because the TDS is so low the filter breaks down before the TDS even gets out of 00. LOL (breaks down as in little beads from the filter start escaping into the holding area of the pitcher)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello - Thank you for your feedback. The beads coming into the reservoir are not an indication of the filter breaking down - they are simply being pushed to the top. Please be sure to not pour the unfiltered tap water directly onto the top of the filter.

I'm so glad that I bought ZEROWATER since the area I live in currently has really high TDS. It is helpful to have the free water quality meter to know what the TDS is in the water before and after it is filtered. I wanted to have clean water so I bought the 6 cup pitcher and it made the water taste SO much better. The only down side is that I have to buy a replacement filter almost once a month. But it makes it worth it to have cleaner water to drink. I have bout the package of 4 filters so that I have backups, the package weighs 5 pounds.

I tested 5 waters.1 Tap.2 Pu R filter. 3 Re verse Osmosis filter 4.Rain water 5.Zero water.
1. 149 PPM 9.98 P h Tap
2. 383 PPM 9.01 P h P-u-r Filter
3. 095 PPM 9.47 P h Reverse osmosis from grocery store
4. 018 PPM 6.79 P h Rain from gutter
5. 000 PPM 7.47 P H Zero water 23 cup dispenser.
I did not test Bottle water its waste of time.. same like tap water.
Please do the math. especially when it comes to P h. you want it to be @7 P h or slightly more.. no more than 7.7 not even Rainwater is as clean as Zero Water. I will be recommending this to all of my friends and all of the people i know.. i been looking for clean water like this for ever.. I used my T d s and P h meter not the ones from Zero water.. I wanted to make sure that is as accurate as possible. I am not representing Zero water or any other company. I wanted a clean water for my plants and my family of course .. I own collections of expansive orchids.. and trust me you do not want to add bad water to them the plant shows signs right away if the water has a high PPM. Also buy 2 of them when one filter goes to 006 filter you tap water on that, than add it to you new filter..1 tap water to filter 006 2. filter(old) to new filter. New filter will last double as long.

GREAT filtering (better than Brita or Pur), but the filters get stuck. Every other time I fill the pitcher, I've got to shake the filter before the water will go through and into the reservoir. I know quite a few people who have the same frustration. But, after you try Zero-filtered water, you will not go back to Brita or any other filter!

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

A must have for filtering water!

We have been using ZeroWater filtered water for over a year and love it. It really does a great job filtering the nasty city water where we live and the water tastes great. After trying other good filters over the years, this is hands down the best we've found overall.

I had done my research and picked ZeroWater. I am so glad I did. I am so sensitive to the taste now, I can tell when the filter needs to be changed. The water TASTES clean, and I love that. So happy I picked this filter!!
