We've been using the zerowater 23 cup filtration system in our house for about a year now and I LOVE it! I'm so glad my husband found this because before zerowater I couldn't drink water at all; it would give me massive reflux issues! But since we've been using zerowater I've had no reflux or heartburn issues!
Easy to install. Delicious drinking water. We use the tester which is great to have, so we know when to change the filter.

I notice the difference

I have been using the Zero water system for about two years now. To be honest I was wondering if the filters were set to start tasting funny and reading higher after a certain amount of time (it could happen) because they ran out about the same time every month. But then I moved from Texas (untreated water readings of about 350) to Oregon (Untreated water readings of about 50) and my filters last a lot longer (makes sense). I am very pleased with the results and feel protected from unwanted 'stuff' in my water. Thanks zero water. No, this is not a paid advertisement, lol.
Good value. The filters continue to be problematic, filtering very slowly
I would recommend this to a friend!

We certainly apologize for the continued frustrations with the filters, the filter getting air locked like this is a common occurrence with a gravity fed filtration system. Unfortunately it is just somewhat the nature of the technology, generally if you put an inch of water in the reservoir and then grip the middle section of the filter with both hands and firmly squeeze the filter in a pumping action until you are completely certain that there is no more air coming out of the top of the filter this will solve the issue for the life of that filter. If you do not clear all of air from the filter this issue will continue to compound itself over and over. Also never fill the reservoir directly from the faucet or spigot from your sink as this is naturally aerated and will force air down inside the filter. It is best to fill the reservoir with a large glass or measuring cup and pour into the corner of the reservoir away from the center of the filter. If there is ever a filter that simply just will not fix itself when the aforementioned trouble shooting steps have been followed we are more than happy to replace that filter. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I've been using ZeroWater pitchers and filters for many many years now and have recommended it to my friends and family. I refuse to pay for water bottles when I have filters as these that remove 99.9% of bacteria's, chemicals etc. I've a 10 & 12 gallon pitchers and never leave home without my own water bottle of guaranteed filtered water. I definitely recommend ZeroWater and will never go back to sink or (alleged) spring water bottles. Do your own research and compare other so called filtered water products. I guarantee you'll taste the difference.
