So easy to do

I bought the largest container I could get because we all love drinking water. I love being able to make hot tea without the scum on the top! We also use it in our Kureg with just a bit of drinking water. Our coffee tastes so much better because of this amazing filter! There is no mineral taste. Just pure clean water! I have not been able to find a filter like this that actually does what it says it does.

I love that it comes with the instrument to measure purity of water. It actually filters water to zero !! The filters always come well packaged and in good condition. Thanks for the communication and hard work on deliveries during COVID.
We are your loyal customer Forman years, but the latest purchasing of 4 pack products were not good: We used 3 full pitcher of water, then get the Zero reading, i.e. from 6 to 4 to 0. Before, when we used the 1st pitcher of water, the reading is Zero.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000. If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter. Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup. Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir. Make sure the filter is screwed in from the bottom not dropped in from the top. If this does not solve your issue please contact our customer support team at 1-800-503-2939 option 2. Love Zero Water Dispenser

I bought this 8 months ago and the water is so clean and tasty. I appreciate knowing that I am drinking clean water and the undissolved solids are removed too. Great product!

Thanks ZeroWater. We moved from our artesian well in the country to the big city and are SO pleased with your product. We'd love to see a whole house system from you someday. This water tastes just like "home", delicious.

We have been using these filters for water to make our coffee every day for years. The coffee taste 100% better with the filtered water. One filter lasts a month. Great product.
