Excellent Filtration, If A Bit Expensive

Excellent filtration-- filters out more than other commercial pitcher filtrations systems. Cost a bit more, but does more too.

Buy this brand!!! As a person living in Florida, I am terrified by the municipal water quality here. I did my research on the specific chemicals that are most threatening in my area, and found that Zero Water will protect me against them, but (comparably) Brita will not. Still, I was nervous buying from a smaller company. But I’m so happy I did! I keep my pitcher on my desk and use it all day long. The water tastes amazing and I love the little tester stick that shows me when to change the filter out. The filters seem to last a really long time, because I’m a heavy user and I still haven’t changed my first filter after 2.5 months.
I never leave reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to leave a review for this company, to support a smaller business on their truly dope product. Buy this over Brita!!!

Quality filters

Used one filter for about 7 months, refilling it about every other night. Just for kicks, on the last use i poured root beer into it. it did take some time for it to filter through,but it came out clear and i tasted what came out. clean water and no carbonation. no other product will i but.

My experience was awful! It took weeks to get my filters and My login wouldn't work, when I called they said they updated the system and I would need to create another password and login. I will not be recommending anyone shop directly with you guys.

Only one registering -0- contaminant

I absolutely cannot believe that anyone will complain about Zero. Prices are not that much higher than famous brand that offer NOTHING. And even if it was, it is all worth it. Prefer to pay more than to be lied to for life. Let me tell you why Zero offer a FREE TDS measuring meter with no fear. Just this week my husband decided to use the Zero meter to measure all the filters we have at home, this are the results: Zero big filter -0-, Zero container jar -0-, Pur in our Whirlpool refrigerator -53- contaminant, Pur in a jar -56- contaminant, Aquasana in the shower -61- contaminant, Drop portable water filter -61- contaminant. I am replacing everything i can, sticking with Zero. I just wish Zero will make replacements for shower and also for refrigerators.

Re-Engineered filters.

I have been a Zero Water customer for five years. I have noticed that it appears the new replacement filters only last half as long as they did two years ago. They have apparently been re-Enginered to sell more replacement filters. When I run out of these filters I have now, I will not be buying anymore. I have seen a lot of people voice this same concern. So your greed is going to cost you a lot of customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

I purchased this for our preschool and it works great. The filter fit perfectly in our Brita pitcher and we love the tester that came with the filters. I will definitely be buying this product again!

I bought these several months ago and they are the best at cleaning water. It tastes great and I use to drink nothing but bottled water. Now I use this filter and it does a great job.
