TRIDE 6 FILTERS OUT OF 12 SO FAR

OPEN 6 SO FAR look like tea first pitcher 600 is what it read filled again did it 6 times same thing with each one never had this problem before did i get a bad batch water ran out of filter super fast not slow like before not happy not a cheap filter to buy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After further review, we have determined that the filters you purchased on Amazon are counterfeit filters offered by an unauthorized 3rd party seller/manufacturer but we are however, working to have this seller removed from the platform. Great but filter does not last as long as promised

I bought this a month ago. Filtered water as expected, tasted great. Fast forward to today, our zero water tastes extremely acidic and unpleasant & when I measured the dissolved solids, we are back up to 200. All research is suggesting a new filter. Are you kidding me? A new filter after 1 month... that's unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Filter life is based on the quality of water being filtered and the rate at which water is consumed. Great at the beginning

So at first it was so great and everything but after 5 days of using it started to smell weird like chemical so I stop using it for a couple days and try to use it again now water is so sour I’m not sure what is going on ( oh I my water before I filter them with the tester that is comes with it and my water before filter is 300 ppm) ...I’m gonna order one more time to see how it will act this time

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. After ZeroWater filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads.
In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

Good to start but...

Used it for a few days with TDS at 560 and the filter was shot. My area of NM has iffy tap water. I guess it's back to Culligan water. It's cheaper than buying zero filters. I'd check your water before buying. Good short term but not long term.

Filter trouble

When I get good filters, it's great. However, I've noticed that in each two pack I buy, usually on one of the filters is good. When I put the filter in and fill with water, even the first time, the gauge reads in the upper 60s and it only gets worse. I would love consistency in product.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000.
If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter.
Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup.
Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir.

Quality of some of the filters are poor

Every time I get my shipments, there’s one or two filters that has already a reading, like 37 or more

Great feature.

Received this product from the city. We have bad pipes and lead in water. Have to boil water to cook and drink. Using this product has made a bit easier to cook and drink water.

Not worth it

So got this thinking it would last a few months. Nope, only a week before it take funny and the PPM went above .007. I’d like my money back on this.
