You have to be careful to secure the filter in any of the pitchers or dispensers to be sure that the fit is seamless. Once you do, the water will be filtered properly and completely. You can check it with the meter that comes with your pitcher or dispenser.

I've loved my original purchase of the Zero pitcher and filter, but the replacement filters I recently purchased aren't working as efficiently. The water doesn't flow through as well, and mostly sits in the top reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I used a large ZeroWater pitcher for years. I knocked it over and busted it. I tried a few other pitchers and they weren't worth it. One of them lasted about a month. Another one about the same. I'm very happy to to have a ZeroWater again. I believe it's the best filter on the market. It's especially good to be able to check how well the pitcher is functioning.

The first replacement filter did not fit properly, the threads were stripped.
The second filter would not stop leaking carbon even after several weeks of use.
Deposits of carbon would show on the bottom of all our cups and glasses.

Water starts tasting sour within a couple of weeks of use. When the pitcher was first purchased (2020), the filters would last a few months depending on how often it was used. I use it the same now and I’m replacing filters within a month. I realize inflation is a thing but seriously… Way too expensive to keep this up!

Filters are good but are expensive. If your family drinks a lot of water, they will not last very long. While they say you don’t need to change until it reaches .006, my wife notices the changes at .002 to .003. So we have to change it early
