I am very please with my ZeroWater 20 cup dispenser. It is very easy to change out the filters when necessary and convenient to use right from the refrigerator. I like other ZeroWater owners I have spoken with do wish that the replacement filters were more affordable.

Well worth the higher cost.

I have been using these for several years now. I was hesitate at first because they cost more than the rest. After using them I understand why they cost a little more, they work so much better. I drink as much as 2 gallons of water a day and want it to taste as fresh and clean as possible. I wish the filters lasted longer because I go through at least 2 a month, but I know it all has to do with the quality of the water going in and not the quality of the filter. They do have a tendency to get an air pocket in them that slows down the filtering, and it can be a bit of a pain to get out at times. I tried all of the others before coming over to Zero Water and I wish I had tried them sooner. They are the best.

I am very unhappy with my Zero Water. My TDS is 465, and the filters last only a short time. It is not cost effective for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, Thank you for your response. When you have higher levels of TDS your filter will exhaust quickly.
Zero water tastes really great, which is top priority for me! Also like the ability to test and compare Zero water against other bottle water options. Impressive Zero wins most of the time. Replacement filers are a must. Thankful they offer them in pkg options. I think the price is a bit high, hope they make it affordable for more people. And shipping takes longer than you would expect. Overall, a great product!

We are in a home of 4 people who drink a TON of water, and we replace filters on a consistent basis. If we've all been keeping up on drinking enough water each day, our replacement times are on a usual 2-3 week rotation. Best part is the ability to return the filters and get a savings on your next purchase!!

the water smells like swamp nuts after 5 days

The water smells like fishy swampy (bad p***y)water after 5 days of use .... sucks bc I have the sold out 30 cup bamboo product ordered straight from the company in about 2019. I will have to toss out this product bc the cost of filtration has become 4x expensive. Seems like I’m not the only one saying the filters have become complete s**t quality over the last couple months
