I like these a lot. I specifically got them to filter out chromium and lead which most other filters don’t do. I also like the taste of the water they make. The only downside I’ve found is that you occasionally have to “burp” the filter to get air out so that it will filter at a normal pace. I do also wish they were easier to recycle. And if you live somewhere with a lot of particles in the water, you may have to replace them frequently (like once a month). Still I like them and recommend them. Especially if you’re worried your water may have chromium or lead in it. Better safe than sorry.
very disappointed. I just bought a few filters and after maybe one month the water started tasting bad. I checked it with the meter and the number was very high. I went to Zerowater to buy the filters because i was buying others from another company and they had bad performance where the charcoal would start coming out of the filter and such.

ZERO WATER REPLACEMENT FILTERS

When undergoing chemotherapy tap water and bottled water tasted metallic and not like fresh water should taste. I've been using Zero water filters consistently for several years because the water tastes purer over other brands I've tested.
I love the filters. I have found them a necessary need for where I live. I would love to give you a 5 star rating but unfortunately I had problems with 2 of the filters. One of them only lasted 1 month, usually they last about 3 months. Another didn't want to screw into my dispenser properly.. I hope that the quality of your product improves to where it used to be.

I used to buy bottled water. My friend introduced me to Zerowater & I am very pleased. The pitcher looks nice on my counter & the water tastes great! So convenient. Once the tap water is poured in, it only takes a few minutes to run through the filter. Best investment ever! No more lifting heavy cases of bottled water!
