Filter life

We've had the 23-cup dispenser for 1.5 years. The filters are inconsistent, some last a 3 or 4 months, others barely last a month. The volume doesn't change. Well that's not true it gets lower when the filter starts failing and the water gets a lemony taste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Water consumption does play a role in the life of the filter, as does the TDS reading of the tap water being filtered. Have you noticed any changes in the reading of the tap water before it is filtered?

Quinch your thirst with the most refreshing, clean, great tasting water. For drinking and cooking, the difference is incredible!

Doesn't filter much

I bought a pitcher and filter, took about 5wks to receive in the mail. The filter only last about 2wks. Is that supposed to be normal.

Poor Life

The filters last only 3 days in Las Vegas Nevada. I would not recommend the outrageous high cost filters to anyone. You are much better of in buying another type.

Thank you for your feedback. We have many customers in your area that use the ZeroWater, specifically due to the quality of water. To not offer our product in areas with high TDS readings would be a disservice to those customers. As much as we would love for every customer to get 30 gallons per filter, the life of a filter is greatly dependent on the quality of the water being filtered. In areas where the TDS reading is high, filter life will be limited.

Water tastes great but overall cost is prohibitive

Not gonna lie, my water tasted amazing with the zerowater water filter. Seriously, the water is so sweet and clean tasting. I have never tasted better water.
However, a couple of things bug. First, the water filter does not last long. We have very hard water, and even with the community’s attempt to soften it, and a stationary filter, the zerowater filter only

Second, the little water meter only worked the first day. After that, I could never get an accurate reading. Even the zero water, after filtration, was well of 200. And it just kept blinking. Frankly, for the money, the little water meter is a cheap gimmick. But since I spent my money on it, it would be nice if it would continue to work past the first 24 hours. Was my water so hard that it broke it??
Cost of filters and cheap gimmicks aside, zero water still makes great tasting water and is worth the money if you can afford it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Removes muddy taste from well water

Pleased with the performance of my new Zero Filter. Have used competative products in the past but I'm finding this is superior in every way.
I live in a converted schoolhouse is Muskoka (Ontario) and while my well water is not contaminated, it does contain plenty of solids. The Zerowater system removes them all. It even drops the reading of the Muskoka Spring water I use to zero. Removing the dissolved limestone in it. Very pleased with this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water tastes great when the filter works but the filter only lasts around 5 days, i live in California. I’ve been using these for a while and a believe the quality is not the same anymore

Bought 3 replacement filters each one did not even last a week just stops filtering
