I cancelled minutes after ordering and it still shipped. I understand that I can now go out of my way to send it back and pay for shipping, but it would be nice to have quicker service.

We try to have orders shipped and on a truck as fast as possible, we apologize that we were not able to get your order cancelled before it shipped but we never charge customers for returns. If you need a prepaid return label just contact customer service.

Great value

Great value, definitely would recommend if some had poor quality drinking water, our municipal water has a string iron and chlorine taste and smell, tested 329 ppm, even through the frudge filter (which was for taste only) it was still in the 200s....now, we have Zero water!

Great product, but wish they would bring the 8 pack back. The 8 pack is definitely a better value. Would have given 5 stars if they were available in 8 pack
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not an economical Product

The water gauge included in with the zero water system worked for about one week and no longer works. With regards to the filters, they last about two to three weeks before needing to be replaced. Your system is not economically worth it and considering there other options available that are almost as good, I will not be using your system again. Maybe if you improve your product in the future, I may try it again, but for now your product is just not a good solution.

We apologize for the issue with your meter, a new meter will be sent to you. As far as the filter life is concerned, this varies from one household to the next because it heavily depends on consumption rate as well as the quality of your specific tap water. For some filter life may be 6 months or more and for others it may be much shorter. This is how the filtration technology works.

Great Value and an excellent solution!

I received a Zero water pitcher for Christmas one year and I've been hooked ever since! My wife used to drink tap water but she would have to use flavor packets to drown out the taste of chlorine and whatnot. For her birthday, I gave her a zero water pitcher (at the time the other one was given to my grandmother). Since that time my wife has been downing water more rapidly and reaching her recommended intake of almost a gallon per day without any flavor packets! We enjoy drinking fresh water at an affordable cost. More recently I discovered a "5 gallon" Zero water bottle for a water cooler that allows us to drink Zero water uninterrupted for at least 24 to 48 hours per fill (depending on how much we drink). This is much more convenient as we consume so much water now that the taste is so good that with the regular pitcher we would have to fill it pretty frequently. I still have the 10 cup pitcher at work, and my wife does too. Then at home, we have the water bottle. We highly recommend zero water products to all of our friends and family and we are trying to get people with a Brita to try the mini filter here. Also, someone here posted that the filters are too expensive. If you buy a 35 pack of bottled waters at $3.50 which is generally pretty low. We're talking about purified water here not spring water that has contaminates in it. It would be anywhere between $19 and $30 for 25 gallons or 40 gallons which is what each filter can service. Not to mention you can often get them cheaper than $15 and you don't have to deal with all that waste or taking bottles back to the store. Its a no brainer!
