Air bubble in filter gets trapped and stops filtering water. We have found out that if push down on the middle of the plastic frame, kinda like CPR.

We have been using the zerowater pitcher/filters since the 90's. My husband heard the ad on a Philly based radio station and knowing that we have well water, wanted us to try it. I'm so glad we did!!!!! The filters were large like a coffee can size then and the pitcher sat on the counter top. Happy when the new design of pitchers came available. I am spoiled!!!!! I only drink water as my beverage and black coffee (we need good water for a good taste of coffee), so for our water to taste "pure", what else can I say?!!!!!

I am changing a filter every 7 days. When I made my purchase I read about the product and the filters were supposed to last 3 months. If it were one per month it would not be so illogical, but changing the filter once a week does not seem convenient to me.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.

We have had the Zerowater dispenser for a number of years and have thoroughly enjoyed the water from it. It tastes so much better than our tap water and even bottled water.

I have a whole house water filter, an in-home high/low alcoline filter and I still use ZeroWater Pitcher and Filters in order to get the purist water I can. I plan to continue this indefinitely, as I know the health of my family is much better for it.

i bought this 3 yrs ago and the filter is the same one and is still working great i would recommend this to everyone it takes everything bad out of the water and makes it drinkable
