Water starts to taste bad after only 10 days of starting to use the first new filter.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.

I bought this last week and the filter does its job in till about a week in when it has a horrible smell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's true that ZeroWater will not always be the most economical choice. Those with higher TDS levels in their water will notice a shorter filter life because the filter has to work harder to remove all those contaminants. To some, the cost of pure-tasting water is worth it; if not, we completely understand.

Great clean water

We have a lot of lead content in pipe water and kids often get throat infection drinking pipe water, we tried few other brands which did not help. After buying Zero water filter we found that it was giving what we need, kids are better now and the taste of the water is also good. I would recommend this product which not only saves money in buying bottled water also it tastes good and safer to drink for all.

This product makes even the hardest water taste amazing! It's like magic! The filters last a long time too. Very happy with the results. Couldn't recommend a better filtration product.

We love our Zero water

We have had a counter top pitcher for 2 years now and still love it. The water here in Waco, TX is not very good. Depending on the time of year, it tastes and or smells bad. Not a problem any more! Zero filter takes care of that and then some. We no longer have to buy bottled water. We cook with it and find a much cleaner taste to food with Zero filter. I've recommended Zero to everyone. Beats the heck out of the other so called filters. The meter that comes with the pitcher is easy to use and there never is a doubt when the filter needs to be replaced and they last a long time even with the terrible water here.
I would recommend this to a friend!
