Zerowater filters are simply the best, they render the water to 0 ppm solids. They only last about 3 weeks here in So Cali but are still great. I cook and drink tho i add my own trace minerals to make the water healthy.

After testing the filtered water from my refrigerator I purchased a Zero Water filter pitcher. Now I pour the filtered water from my refrigerator through my Zero water filter and now feel better about my drinking water and no longer by bottled water. Great products.

Our local water tastes so much better using the Zero Water filter. Knowing that virtually all TDS and impurities have been removed gives us piece of mind as we increase our water intake.

Filter (before real use) show > 0 PPM.. frustrated

When I opened up a few of the filters.. I saw that the Parts per Million were > 0 before first real use. I'm not sure if these are used or old filters. It's frustrating having to buy a 16 pack and get bad filters

The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000.
If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter.
• Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup.
• Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir.

Last two bad, can't get more

These filters are great, but don't last long with my water. I am ok with that but the last two only lasted days, not weeks, and made water taste like fish. Now I've ordered 16 filters and I can't get them, can't find at store, and have to buy bottled. Not cool, can I get a refund on my 16 that haven't shipped?

I really love my zero water pitcher.. My only issue is, I live in a state with really bad water, so my filters don't last as long as I was hoping for, especially because I drink a lot of water throughout the day. It does get expensive, but I do love it.

Filter life, which we measure in gallons, is based on the quality of the water being filtered. In areas where the TDS reading is high, the filter life will be short and vice versa. Coupons are available for print at https://zerowater.com/savings.
