Best Tasting Water Ever

I have been using Zero Water filter pitcher for well over a year now. I live in an area that measures about 250. Here is a secret: If you live in a high TDS area use another (i.e. cheaper) brand of filter pitcher to pre filter your water. I use the one that starts with B. Then I poor that into my Zero Water filter pitcher. It extends the filter life in my area by about 2 weeks. I have read some reviews that say it is too expensive. That they go through a filter every two weeks so its not worth it. WAIT? You have no problem putting all that in your body??? Odd to me. Anyway, this is worth it. Get coupons, cut back on something else, do whatever you need to do to buy this. Its better for your health. You will also drink more water when it tastes good!

Quality Control is Lacking

I've bought a few filters and at least 2 of them were defective. The last one had water dripping out of it when I opened it, and the webbing on top was ripped like someone used it and then packed it at the factory. When it works, the water tastes great and it lasts almost 2 months. Now I'm out $14 for a filter and have to replace it again. Not sure if this is worth the expensive filters to stay with Zero.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The contents inside the filter are rinsed with purified water before it is packed. This can cause condensation inside the bag/lid, which is harmless. As for the tear in the webbing, that is not normal. Please call ZeroWater customer service at 800-503-2939.

Great way to filter well water. We use it to filter the water for coffee, tea and Ice makers. Slows calcium build up.

This is an amazing experience with ZeroWater! I have never tasted water that was as clear and refreshing as this. I love water! I do want the price of these filters to be less. I seem to go through them quite quickly. But they are a must. I always want this quality experience of WATER! I have the 40 cup Glass dispenser (Perfect!). And, I have the 10 cup Pitcher (Good, but needs a better lid).

Zero Water is the real Deal! you can definatly taste the difference Bottle water quality taste, I also use this for Water distillation makes my water Purified in just 2 stages: Zerowater, than Distillation. Makes my water drinking experience to a whole new level.

I don’t think the filters last as long as they used to. I’m wondering if zero water is making them different. I used to have a filter for a month based on my usage and now they only last about two weeks.

We have not changed any part of the filter or how they are manufactured. Typically if you are noticing that you are going through filter more quickly it is usually just factors that can cause that, consumption rate in your household has increased or the quality of your tap water has decreased
