We have been Zero Water Filter users for several years now. We have South Jersey coastal well water and it's TDS varies according to season. Our Zero Water Pitcher guarantees us the freshest water possible year round. As for my review title, we have a rescue cat that literally tells us when the water filter needs to be changed! After we give her fresh water she will sit in front of the water bowl and meow her head off when the filter needs to be changed. She usually pegs it at .005 or more. I always compare her opinion it with the provided meter and her record so far is 100%!

The filters deliver on their promise: Zero solids on the water but they last only one week and are very expensive

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

I have had my zero water pitcher for a few years now. I researched water pitchers before purchasing this one.
I love that it's safe water that I'm drinking, and no more plastic water bottles. Very important things! Thank you Zero water!

Wooks great, but sometimes they get bubbles and slow or stop the flow. Have to hit them on the side. This did not happen when I first started using them

Bought a 4 pack of filters and only 1 filter worked.Tried each filter and after 1 hour water did not filter into tank thus having to empty water out of the reservoir to try other filters to find one that work. This not the first time having this issue.I do not appreciate throwing hard earned money down the drain because of your poor workmanship and inadequate product. i am very displeased with your product,

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.

Best Water Filter - EVER!!!!

This review is going to be short, sweet and to the point. I have the worst water that is pumped up from a 450' well. Seriously. It is foul smelling, tastes horrible and turns everything orange. I've used every water filter out there to no avail. Then I found Zero water. It gets rid of the smell, the horrible taste and whatever it is that turns everything orange. Zero Water takes care of all my drinking water needs. I have the 30 cup Ready Pour dispenser, now, if they can just come up with a whole house filter.

My family loves this filter.... it’s the best tasting water I’ve ever had. I no longer buy bottled water at all bc they don’t have the same refreshing taste as Zero water.
