Tastes Cleaner Than Any Other System I've Tried

I have a friend who uses Zero and I decided to have a go at it. I can tell the difference between my previous water filter system and Zero just by taste (and when a filter is ready to be replaced). My coffee and teas taste better as well. I'm sticking with Zero!

The filters remove so many particles from our particularly nasty water in coastal NC.
Sadly I have to replace them every 3 weeks to go from 300 to 0.

Filter is fine. We need a better way of recycling your filters. There is no way of doing so locally (southeastern Massachusetts), and it is pricey to mail them back to you.

The filters are not problem free. I use my Zero pitcher a lot and often the water doesn't filter through from the reservoir. I have to remove the reservoir and try to squeese out the "bubble". That is not easy for an 89 year-old, 5'1" woman. The filters need a LOT of improvement.
In my last purchase, one filter didn't filter at all according to the tester. It measured 257 from the beginning.

My initial filter order never arrived. It was lost or pilfered in transit. I reported it and ZeroWater sent a replacement shipment quickly. Very impressed with ZeroWater's solution to the problem. I think their products and service are the best!

Clean water and lasts a long time

We had used Brita filter products for many years, but then I learned about ZeroWater. I don't remember now how I found out about it -- probably Consumer Reports or something. I was reluctant at first, because ZeroWater filters are much more expensive than Brita. But (a) they do a better job cleaning the water and (b) they last longer than Brita filters. The water-quality tester that came with our countertop dispenser shows that we only need to replace our ZeroWater filter about every three months. We can afford the price of the filters at this frequency, especially if we buy boxes of them on sale. : )

I would give it 100 stars because I love that all the chemicals are removed from the water but after filling up the reservoir a few times, the filter does not let the water through so the water sits where I pour to fill the reservoir and I removed it and put it under water and slapped it on the side of my sink but that does not solve the problem, i do think this is an issue your manufacturer of the filter needs to address. Thank you.
