I am very satisfied with the quality of my water since using the zero water system, however, the filters does not last long before the 00.6 reading.

You have made water taste so spotlessly clean, than I have switch to it from sugared sodas. This is going to be a huge help to my blood sugar! Also I have satisfied with smaller portions of food since I am drinking so much water mow. Yes, that means more trips to the bathroom, but it's so worth it! This is going to be a great addition to my overall health!

Doesn't seem to be doing anything

So I bought a new TDS meter (since so many people say the one that comes with Zero Water is short-lived and unreliable...was showing my Zero Water having more dissolved solids than my tap water), and replaced my Zero Water filter. At least my TDS reading on my home tap water is 40, and so is my Zero Water. So...at least it's not putting more dissolved solids into my filtered water. It's a start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000.
If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter.
Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup.
Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir. Make sure the filter is screwed in from the bottom not dropped in from the top.

The filters doesn’t last long ( less than a month) I have to throw away the pitcher and buy different brand . Not really recommend,

horribly, doesn't filter water

The water sits in the top and does't filter through. only every 1-2 out of a 4 pack box actually works. Waste of money. I have to continuously take the filters back to the store to get ones that work

Sometimes the filters will develop an air pocket inside them. This can happen as the filter contents settle in transit or during the filtration process as air bubbles can become trapped inside of the filter. Then once the water level in the pitcher meets the air pocket it can stop or severely slow down the flow of water through the filter due to the pressure of the water both above and below the air pocket inside the filter. First try unscrewing the filter, then re-installing it. If that does not work to alleviate this, it is best to lift the filter and reservoir out of the pitcher or dispenser and tap the side of the filter using moderate force to help break up the air pocket. Then take just the filter & reservoir to the sink and put about an inch of water into the reservoir and allow that to run through the filter and right into the sink to displace and dispel the air pocket. After that has completed then return the filter and reservoir to the pitcher or dispenser and continue to filter water as normal.

Better Than Bottled

I have been thoroughly satisfied with my ZeroWater filtration system. In the past I used bottled water and still had residue in my coffee pot, now I don't with ZeroWater. Not only does my coffee taste better, I don't have to clean my coffee pot as often. ZeroWater filtration system is cheaper and much better than bottled water.
I would recommend this to a friend!
