I love the fact that fluoride is taken out, however I am concerned that bacteria is not detected. I read that the unnaturally pure water picks up bacteria from the air, is that true? If so how long can it be at room temperature?
I really like Zero Water, and I would like to keep using it, and I would also like to keep recycling the filters. However, recycling is a GIANT pain and it ends up costing me MORE money. The filters are already expensive. Please find a way to support recycling that doesn't cost your customers money. It's just not sustainable.
After approximately one year of service, the product performs as advertised; purer water from a simple, effective water pitcher at a reasonable cost. And, it comes with a gage to time filter changes, boosting economic efficiency.
Haven't had to replace the initial filter yet happy it has lasted so long. Love the zero water pitcher did not get one with spicket on the bottom. Enjoy the high quality of the water and feel better. Bought one for my elderly parents they also love the taste of the water.
