Best product, I've used it for 8 years.

This filter is without a doubt the best on the market. I have consistently used them for 8 years, and depend on its consistent quality of filtration. I fill my pitcher using this filter at least 4 times a day, and am amazed at how long it last. The simplicity of the use of this product is super convenient. I feel that my family and I are healthier, while at the same time enjoy the taste of pure clean water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are a lot of places you can buy these replacement filters from, including Amazon. However, theres frequently mixed reviews that leave you confused. While the pricing is not the best, buying from the manufacturer ensures you get the right replacement with the quality you expect! Works wonderfully, water is clean! I know because I live in a heavy calcium area and my water kettle will show residue with just one pot of boiled water. I always use a citric acid mixture to clear that away. With the Zerowater filtered water, I never have to! That means its working to remove all the particles and leaving you with pure water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have used this product for many years, and very disappointed with the newest order of filters! When adding water to the top of the pitcher, tons of black particles coming out of top of filter. Never happened before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We are sorry to hear of this experience. Life of the filter depends on the amount of TDS in your water and household water consumption - the filter life will vary per household. Additionally the reason the filter may be slower at filtering is because water passes thru 5 stages compared to conventional 2 stage filters. Thank you also for your additional feedback.

Great tasting water!!!

I have used (another) Water filter pitcher before. Then I saw the Zero Water commercial that showed the pitcher that was in my refrigerator compared to the Zero Water pitcher. The difference was astounding!
I went to the store and purchased the Zero Water pitcher that same day and haven't looked back. We enjoy MUCH BETTER TASTING water and are able to measure TDS using the (included) meter. When the meter reads 006 TDS, I replace the filter and continue to enjoy Great Tasting Water.
Not only WOULD I recommend this to a friend, my son asked me if he could have the (other) pitcher that I am no longer using. I brought it out of "storage", put a new filter into it, filled it up with tap water and tested the (new filter / old pitcher) against the (several week old) filter in the Zero Water Pitcher. The old pitcher had 213 PPM TDS while the Zero Water pitcher (with a three week old filter in it only showed 001 PPM TDS. He thanked me and went to the store to purchase a Zero Water Filter that day.
We won't use anything else.
