Does the job

I bought the counter top model, works fine and is easy to clean. Thought it would fit in fridge but it's to big. The filters work good but about half way through their "life" the water does not want to drain through. I have to empty the top and reseat the filter for it to work. But the water tastes much better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely unhappy with Zero Water. I used Zero Water throughout college and had recommended them to friends throughout the years. I recently ordered one of their filtering pitchers for my new place with my wife, and was running low on replacement filters. Out of the first 4 replacement filters I got, 3 of them did not last me more than a few weeks each. I decided to give ZeroWater another try with the hopes that I had just received a faulty batch. When I placed my order from the website, it took one week for my package to finally get “delivered.” Only it wasn’t delivered to my address. As a matter of fact, they shipped it to my city and didn’t even include my address on it. When I called FedEx, I was unable to track my package and get a hold of it. I contacted ZeroWater for an investigation into the package and they had concluded it had arrived to its destination. If I hadn’t proven that they failed to send it to my address (with screenshots of my order confirmation and FedEx package details), then they wouldn’t have sent me a replacement order. It took them one month to finally send out the replacements, and once again they did not include my address as the destination of the package. It has been nearly 2 months since I placed my initial order, and if I do not receive this package then I will be asking for a refund and will not be recommending ZeroWater to anyone. I may have to even contact my bank to notify them of the fraudulent charge from ZeroWater.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ZeroWater filters take the smell out of our water

Our city water has different smells throughout the seasons. ZeroWater filters remove all of the stench and make the water taste pure. We don't drink any water from our tap without filtering it with the ZeroWater system. I fell like this process is making the water safer for my family.

Nothing beats Zero-water filters for obtaining clean water. Recently, repairs were done to a water main line and resulted in cloudy sediment filled water out of our tap. A temporary situation but non the less not clean water. I ran this water through Zero Water filter and into the pitcher and it indeed came through crystal clear and tested at "0" as if the sediment never existed. Amazing!!! Clean water is priceless.

I could not do without my ZeroWater pitcher. We live in an old house with old pipes and the water tastes funky out of the tap. The water is great out of my pitcher!

Something is fishy about this product.

After spending a bunch of money on a bunch of this filters my water smells like rotting fish. Filters only last a couple days before it goes above their recommended 006 reading. Not feasible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
