Better than past Years.

The filter design has been significantly improved in the last year or so. The loittle blue covers make fun frisbees.

Our water was tasting disgusting. Every time there is algae overgrowth at our source they add things to get rid of it and our water becomes unpalatable. Zero filters solved this problem for us.

Website only lets you buy 2 filters

I love the Zero Filter but I only want to buy 1 filter at a time. However the website does not allow that. Very inconvenient

Click the drop down where it says 2 ZeroWater replacement filters. ZeroWater filters are sold in packs of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 8, 12, and 16.

Can't live without them!

I love these pitchers and filters. The confidence of knowing the water we are drinking is safe is immeasurable. All 5 of my siblings, their families and in-laws, my in-laws, friends, all use these and the water quality is the absolute best! If you buy in bulk when they are on sale, the filters are very reasonable, and definitely worth the safe quality of water you receive. Thank you for making this product!

Disappointed

I have used the 5 stage filters for several years & have been very pleased with the product in the past. Notice I said in the past. My last order of 12 filters have been a total disappointment. They break down very fast & have to be replaced too often. In the past a filter would last at least 1 month. With these, I have to replace them in about 2 to 3 weeks. I am truly unhappy with this order. I do not know if I just got a defective batch or if you have redesigned the filter.

Hello, Please contact customer service so they can assist your further, Additionally has the TDS in your unfiltered tap water changed resulting in a shorter filter life?

I have my system for a long time and have kept the system for a good reason as I have many concerns with the quality of our water today. There is probably more water pollution than what we are aware of as well of what is "added" to our water supplies. I feel very confident that the water I use for drinking,cooking, for out pets is safe for us.

So much better than Brita

Buying a zero water dispenser was the best move I have made. I have used Brita for years but was always replacing the filters as the water tasted nasty. The Zero water filter is more expensive but last forever and the water tastes great . So in the long run the Zero filters work out to be way more inexpensive, and the water much more pleasant tasting. Thank you Zero water.
