Not a Happy Camper

Have had a 10 cup pitcher for approx 5 months; purchased a dozen filters. Just doesn't seem worth the price. I think I'll go back to buying bottled water. Most aggravating thing is that once the filter is no longer good, THE FILTER HAS A FISHY SMELL AND not only is it disgusting, it's difficult to get smell out of container you had water in. I understand that the worse the water, the faster the filter needs to be replaced. Seems that there might be a way to check that PRIOR to buying product.....bottled water seems to be a much better option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Under some conditions you may notice a difference in taste or smell once the filter has reached its end of life.
In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.

Waste of money

When first Used ZeroWater it was great, one filter lasted at least one month. Then water started turning sour after week of using new filter.We thought it was because we moved to different state and water was different but now we are back and week after buying new filter water turned sour again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought this about 1 year ago and its the best water filter ever. Try it for yourself and you will feel the difference. HIGHTLY RECOMMENDED.

Like to know why filters I've been buying have moisture inside.
They should not have any type of water inside. This deteriorate the filters while in atirage.

I bought on March 12th. the 30 cup Ready pour dispenser which came with the 5 stage advanced filtration ION exchange filters which lasted for 1.5 months that means 45 days!!! And because of the pandemia I also bought the Replacement filters with two pieces, so that I wouldn´t have the problem of "Out of Stock". So on April 27 I changed the original filter which came with the product and used the first replacement, I was glad because the filter lasted the 45 days. Unfortunately this first replacement lasted until may 27 which were 30 days. Today May 31 I changed the last replacement I have and I hope it lasts 45 days too. Another thing is that the design for this 30 cup dispenser has a very bad design. They didn´t think how difficult it is to change the filters! it is almost impossible to take out the filter piece to change it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received the shipment of 16 filters at a more reasonable price. We’ve still got 4 older filters to use up (usually takes 5 weeks per) before we use the first filter from the new shipment. So, no review is yet possible.
