One filter does not drain water. It has to be thrown out.

From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state. You can call customer service and we will replace the filter that you threw out as a courtesy.
this is my 4th filter in 2 months, my filters are never reading zero, the last one started tasting like fish.

I love the zero water pitcher. It is amazing how it cleans the impurities out of your water. I love measuring the tap water with the included tester, then showing how the zero water literally has no impurities after it’s gone through the filter.
As I compare our new Zero Water filter to our tap water and to the filter that comes from our refrigerator, there is no comparison! The Zero Water tastes so much better. I almost hate to put the ice from our frig in with the water!
I’m still testing these filters. The first one was used fairly quickly. We’ll see

Have used this product for 10 years! I can tell the difference when the meter starts rising and it is NOT pleasant. A cancer survivor told me about this product 10 years ago and I’m so grateful.
