Of course your filters work great. I have been using them for years and am very pleased with the quality of water I drink, especially in comparison to the brands of filters I had used previously. However, I was very disappointed when I placed my last order to find that I could only purchase them in lots of 4 rather than the 16 that I have been able to buy in the past. I hope that this is a temporary restriction. My well water is so full of minerals and who-knows-what that I am unable to use a filter for nearly as long as I could otherwise before it must be replaced. It is much easier and cost-effective for me to order large amounts at once.

Really works

I switched to these filters after using Brita and needless to day, I haven't gone back. They're awesome and they don't make as big of a mess with small charcoal particles like Brita does. I've measured the TDS before and after using the filet on my tap water, and yep, it brings the TDS down to 0!

I live in a small Mid-Western town with an aging well water system that is prone to contamination and thus is overchlorniated most of the time. These are the only filters I use knowing they remove the heavy metals and large amounts of chlorine. Couldn't drink the tap water w/o them.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. Filter life is dependent on the quality of the water being filtered. In areas where the TDS readings are high, filter life will be shorter. Please call us at 800-503-2939 Option 2 in order for us to assist you.
Especially in winter, there are a lot of dissolved solids in our tap water. It's not a huge problem, but the dissolved solids gunk up our electric kettle within days and then it does't function effectively. The zero water cartridges remove the dissolved solids and our kettle stays clean and keeps working.
I've never had a problem with a Zero Water filter. Can't recommend them enough. I would prefer to buy the larger packs (12, or even 8, rather than 4), because the price per filter is lower, but for some reason, COVID seems to have made them a thing of the past. Not really sure why I can buy three 4 packs, but not a 12 pack. A cynical person might see that as a way to make the customers pay more per filter, but I'm not cynical like that. For the most part. You know.

ordering 4 filters at once is so convenient. These filters last a long time and I have returned them for recycling when done. So easy!

I've used Zero Filter for about 12 years now. I was hesitant to switch to them because of the larger expense, but it turned out to be 100% warranted. I compared the water from the tap and my other (Brit.) filtered water with Zero. Despite the other filter being very nearly brand new, its water tested far closer to the tap's score than to the 000 of the Zero Filter. I now have Zero's largest filter tank, and even after filling it from completely empty to completely full several times, the reading will still be 000. To be fair, I live in an area with a tap reading of about 178, which is fairly low – so the filter won't get clogged up too fast. However, even with that being the case, the difference in taste is HUGE. I'm not sure how bad the solids dissolved in my water are for me, assuming they are at all – but the taste? I can now tell if there was even a single ice cube in a flavored drink that was made with tap or Brit. filtered water vs Zero water—it's that big a difference. I hate writing reviews, so I hope this is taken to heart by someone out there. You may have no reason to trust me, but I will nonetheless promise that you will NOT regret switching to Zero for a second, and will more likely be kicking yourself for not having done it way sooner.
