Prompt delivery . I’ve never had any issue with these filters in the past . One of the filters in this order ( I can’t check the others ones until time to change out ) didn’t want to seal, so it was leaking none filtered water into the water pitcher . When I checked the ppm it registered 13 and not zero . I had a very hard time getting it to stop leaking ( I screwed it on flush , then had to back screw it just a little to stop it from leaking ) . I’ve never had this issue before . Now when I fill the top reservoir of the pitcher, I have a lot of black particles , I mean a lot floating out from the top of the screen part of the filter . It doesn’t get into the filtered part of the water pitcher, it just looks nasty . 🤔 Maybe this one filter is defected . This is the only issue I have had.

We buy Zero Water filters for our 10 cup Zero Water pitcher and are very happy. The filters are a snap to replace (no soaking required) and they last the same number of pitcher fulls time after time. Our only drinking water is Zero Water.

Love our ZeroWater system

We changed from another water filtering system and are so glad we did. When we actually read all the ZeroWater system does, we realized it truly is superior - not just the best tasting water! Also, we love having the tester, which alerts us to change filters. One added advantage is the container isn't difficult to clean! Love our ZeroWater!

we have well water that is hard water with minerals. Even though we have a filter/conditioner on the well, the mineral build-up messes up my coffeemaker. Since using the Zero Water pitcher with filter, I have no problems with it and my coffee is great. I love this product!!
