seems a major task to fill, use, refill. have to put in water as you use, in order to keep up with the program. It controls Us!! when will you add audio messages to it???
I wont buy a 4 pack again. So far out of the 4, 1 is good. Two are already used it seems. I put one in and it seemed heavy for a new filter. I checked the water and it was registering at 45 (yikes). I put another one in and checked the water and it registered at 60! I put the third one in and that was one good. The filter wasn't heavy like the other two and the water registered at 0. I wonder if the 4th one is good or not. So far two of the 4 filters have already been used. Why pay for 4 and not the use of them
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ZeroWater's Ion-exchange resin filters are a reliable and efficient way to get delicious, filtered water. They work by exchanging ions in the water with regenerated ions from the resin beds, which can remove a variety of contaminants from water, including lead, nitrates, sulfates, calcium, magnesium, and other heavy metals. The exchanged ions bind with the contaminants, making them much easier to filter out. Our combination of cation and anion exchange resins can reduce 99.6% of dissolved contaminants in your water. However, when the filter is exhausted no more contaminants can be filtered out and an unpleasant smell and taste may be present. This is a common cause of overuse and can also occur by pouring hot water into the filter or freezing it. Be aware, though, that while the smell is unpleasant, it does not indicate any harm or danger. It is only time to replace your filter. Change your filter once the TDS meter reads 006.

Large push button dispenser model

I have been using zero water for 3 years now. I bought one of the large push button models that I keep cold water in my fridge. I had been using another manufacturer's product, but the water still tasted "yucky" to me. I read up on the zero water products, and it sounded too good to be true, but I took a leap of faith and bought my dispenser. Right away I noticed absolutely no taste to the filtered water. I loved checking the water with my tester, and then testing bottled water, or tap water. My zero water always register "0" for additives. I use zero water to fill up my Keureg coffee maker, so my coffee also tastes better. I have saved a ton of money on bottled water, which by the way is filled with additives and deposits if you use your tester to check it. Actually spring water is the worst!!!! I have ordered replacement filters by the case, and can easily get over a month of use without changing the filter. I am a devotee for life, living in Florida where our water is horrible tasting!!!

Cleanest water you can drink!

I found this company after doing research for quite awhile on water filters. I bought the pitcher at Target and loved the water when I drank it- mainly because my TDS reading read zero! In my building and city where I live, the sink tap alone is generally over 330 when I test it. This shows you how powerful these awesome filters are, especially in regards to your health. Great job zero water thanks so much!!
Zero Water filters make our water taste much, much better. Our prior filter was not as good because our water did not taste as good as it does with Zero.

disappointing filter

The filter does its job. I regularly get readings of 6 or below when I change the filter. Problem: that 6 or below reading only lasts about 4 weeks if I'm lucky. At $30+/- per filter, that's a hefty cost for water filtering regardless of how effective it is.

I used to be extremely happy with this product. But since the design change using the light blue edging on the filter, I have had very inconsistent results. I have contacted the company several times and was sent replacements. I did what the technician told me to do - run some water through it, then wipe the bottom of the filter with a clean paper towel. That worked once. The last two filters have never had a 0 reading. After having used this product for 3-4 years, I'm done. I am looking for a better, more consistent product. These filters are expensive. I'm on fixed income. I can't afford to buy products that don't work.
