Definite improvement to water quality

The filters last about one month with three adults' and one child's daily consumption. They significantly improve the quality of our hard city water, which generally reads ~180 TDS before filtration and 0 TDS immediately after filter replacement.

IT DID HAVE GREAT FEATURES UNTIL IT BROKE

I HAD BOUGHT THE ZERO WATER CONTAINER BECAUSE WE DIDN'T CARE FOR THE TASTE OF THE CITY WATER. IT WAS GREAT FOR A WHILE THE WATER TASTE WAS VERY GOOD AND MY WIFE AND i ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. THEN REALITY SET IN BEFORE ZERO WATER WE WERE BUYING A LOT OF BOTTLED WATER UNTIL WE STARTED REPLACING FILTERS. WE COULD NEVER TELL HOW LONG THE FILTERS WOULD LAST ONE FILTER LASTED A WEEK BEFORE THE WATER BECAME UNDRINKABLE. THE LONGEST A FILTER LASTED WAS 3 WEEKS, BUT THE AVERAGE HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS. ONE SET OF FILTERS CAME WITH HAIR UNDER THE LID. (ZERO WATER DID REPLACE IT FOR NO CHARGE THANK YOU) THE LATEST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE HANDLE BROKE SO WE CAN'T GRIP IT TO PUSH IN THE PLUNGER TO RELEASE THE WATER AND THEM THE ROD WITH THE SPRING SHOT OUT THROUGH THE O-RING WHICH MEANT WE LOST A CONTAINER OF WATER. I DID MANAGE TO GET THE ROD TO STAY ON THE O-RING, BUT THERE IS NOWAY TO GRIP THE FINGER SUPPORT TO PUSH THE PLUNGER TO GET THE WATER OUT. SO FOR NOW IT IS JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER AND IT IS USED NOT AS EASILY AS IT WAS WHEN IT WAS NEW. SO FOR NOW WE ARE BACK WHERE WE STARTED BUYING BOTTLED WATER YOU ASKED IF I WOULD RECOMMEND THE ZERO WATER AND THE ANSWER IS, I DID, BUT I DO IT WITH AN EXPLANATION. ONE BENEFIT FOR NOT USING IT AS MUCH THE FILTERS ARE LASTING A LOT LONGER AND THE CONTAINER STAYS FULL A LOT LONGER THIS HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE WITH ZERO WATER

Hello, It sounds as though you have a 23C Dispenser. The spigot issue has been fixed with all new models of this device. Please contact customer service at 1.800.503.2939 so they can assist you further. Additionally in regards to the filter. Filter life varies from household and is based on household water consumption and the amount of TDS in your water. It is also important that you test your filtered water periodically with the TDS meter and change the filter when the meter reads 006 or higher. Thank you.
we are thrilled with our zero water pitcher and filters. the difference in our water was immediate...after researching several systems i would recommend this to anyone with concerns about their water safety. The only issues I have with this system is it can be expensive if you're big water drinkers like we are!!
