Although the filters always work well, the last two shipments, the filters take a very long time to filter the water. Not sure if others have the same issue.

From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.
We spend so much time banging the pitcher on the counter to “burp” the filter and and sometimes that doesn’t even work.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
Get the best tasting water! We've used Zero Water filters for years and we really appreciate how much they filter out of our water. It's always amazing to taste and even smell the difference between straight from the tap and from our filter canister. We swear by them. It's a little too bad they're on the expensive side, but great drinking water is enough of a plus to pretty much make it worth the extra expense.
We have used ZeroWater for several years. Many of my family members do as well. Grateful to have this available to us.

Stickers on filter are hard to remove!

They have replaced plastic cap with heat sealed stickers. It is impossible to remove all of the glue, plastic and seal, which makes the filters leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
