This is a great product and provides great tasting water. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star though because I consistently receive replacement filters that don't work. I haven't kept track exactly, but I'd say something like 1 out of every 5 or 6 filters don't work properly. I install it the same as always (I've been using this for about 2 or 3 years now) but there always ends up being one filter that doesn't work so I have to contact customer service to request for a replacement. It's annoying because I don't want to have to do that, I just want it to work the first time. Outside of that this would easily be a 5 star product and highly recommended. I didnt factor this into my review score, but it's also very pricey. Everyone deserves to be drinking zero water in my opinion but this is definitely not an accessible price point for the majority of people unfortunately.
We've been using zero water filters for a couple years now and we're very happy with everything we do I used to buy the 16 pack but that hasn't been around for a while
Water is cleaned but filters do not last very long. This can get expensive. And the filters cannot be locally recycled, so lots go in landfills unless you ship back at large expense to yourself.
Vapor locks to easy. I believe the water retention is too great for this design. Don't give up keep trying.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
