I've always been happy with the filters. Only problem is our water is so hard and you frequently smell chlorine so the filters only last 12 fill ups if I use the water from the tap or about 24 if I use the Brita first then pour that into the Zero pitcher. Unrelated, it was frustrating to find the only multi-pack available was the 6 then right after I received them the 18 pack which saves me money became available.
The Wife really loves ZeroWater products, no more worrying about running out of plastic bottled water at home, and no more collecting plastic bottle nor going to the recycle center.
Many years ago we received a ZeroWater pitcher as a gift from The Bonnie Hunt Show. Immediately we were hooked. I had tried the Brita system and the water tasted horrible! With ZeroWater the water tastes wonderful. Haven’t used anything else since!
It seems like these filters are not lasting as long as they used to. Others, who live in different parts of the country have told me that too. The water still tastes great, but I am changing filters more frequently & wonder why.
I love this product. We used it in NJ and still use it here in Florida. They say Florida has the WORST drinking water in the Country, but with Zero Water, it tastes just like water...NOTHING!
I've had my Zero pitcher for a couple of years. I've always been happy with it but when I got my filters this time around I am less than satisfied. I immediately took one out of its' sealed plastic and put it on and my readings are in the 30's. I also ordered a new gauge so I don't know if that is defective or the filters are. Contacted the company and no real satisfactory answer.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000. If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter. Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup. Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir. If there is still an issue with your TDS Meter please give us a call at 1-800-503-2939 and we will take of it right away for you.
