Like the ZeroWater system very much, but from time to time the filters just won’t filter the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
I’m usually very happy with my filters but this time two of the filters are leaking (dripping) no matter how tight I turn it.

The new filters do not fit old pitchers

The "old" filters that had hard plastic caps that needed to removed before installing into pitchers always fit easily into the pitcher. The new filters, with the foil type cover that needs to be removed before inserting into the pitcher do NOT have threads that easily align with the 2 pitchers I have. Please check this out! I used to love Zero Water but it is a worthless product if I can't insert filters correctly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. An order has been placed for replacement filters as this is not the norm for our filters. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your business.
I have the pitcher model. The filters work great. The filter in my GE refrigerator, by comparison, is worthless. I run the water from the refrigerator through my Zero Water filter.
These filters really do their job. Our municipal water is heavily chlorinated and gives off a backyard pool smell. The ZeroWater pitcher replaces our having to fill gallon bottles at the local water store, which became a hassle. We were visiting the water store several times a week. Now, we just fill the pitcher from our tap. No chlorine smell and clean tasting water flows from our pitcher. We recycle the filters with ZeroWater and receive replacements through the mail from their online site. What could be easier? We're very pleased with the Zero Water system.
So happy to receive these!!! I had ordered some thru a 3rd party before and will NEVER make that mistake again. I received USED filters. I could tell because the packaging was not sealed, and the water tasted horrible. I returned them and got a refund from them. So happy with my purchase from your company. My water FINALLY tastes great again!! Thank you!!
Using ZeroWater filters reassures me that our well water has little to few potentially harmful particulates. My very expensive refrigerator filter does not come close to matching the filtering quality of ZeroWater.
