Best on the market! I have tried other water filter systems and none compare to ZeroWater. Removes more of chemicals that shouldn’t be in the water. Can actually see the difference (using the water tester) and the water tastes great.

If you want a filter that lasts as long as it should - buy the name brand Zero Water, Amazon knock offs don’t last nearly as long - just sayin’

I thought with the big container you wouldn’t have to fill it so often, but I was wrong. All the water does not drain down. Discouraging!

I have ordered on line from others, but the last one left a awful taste in my mouth. So I decided and ordered right from zero water and the water taste so good. I didn't use to be a water drinker (can't stand tap water) but since zero water, I enjoy it. Also, they sent the pack to me in good timing. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

there's so much chlorine in our water that it smells stronger than a swimming pool.
Also we have some real hard water in this area.
The ZeroWater filters do an excellent job of getting rid of the total dissolved solids, chlorine and the water tastes so much better as well.
The only problem I've had with the filters is that sometimes, it will get an air lock preventing the filter from filtering.
A quick email to customer service and the problem was resolved instantly.
Just lift the filter out of the dispenser and squeeze the mid section of the filter a little and it's off and running again.
Also we have some real hard water in this area.
