ZeroWater filters do a good job of removing taste from our tap water. The one ongoing issue is the water not emptying into the filter from the upper reservoir. Must bang the pitcher on a surface for the bubbles to empty out of filter before water enters.
It works. We have terrible tasting water in our small community in Arizona. I am in kidney failure and am forced to drink water, which I hate. My husband got zero water for me and low and behold I love the water and am maintaining my kidney function.
great filters but would zerowater please design a product (i.e. the white plastic container that encapsulates the filter) that we can reuse and NOT just throw into the landfill after one use. Other brand water filtration tanks already do this. thank you.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Please find information regarding our recycling program at https://www.zerowater.com/pages/recycling Additionally, ZeroWater filters are made from #5 plastics and are accepted by many local recycling companies.
My water at times turns rusty. It happened while I was getting ready to cook. Honestly, I said to my husband I am going to try to filter it. I poured the filtered water from the fridge into the pan and proceeded to filter the dirty water from the sink. I could not believe it! It worked. Crystal clear clean water. I was so happy but still couldn’t believe it. These filters should be used in countries where there is no clean water. Amazing! Thank you!
