Your website is really bad and hard to use. The whole account management is really bad. It would be easy to fix and make better. Please fix horrible online website and checkout process
Great product. But shipping was an issue. Eventually I found my package opened and scattered all over someone else’s yard. I was never given a tracking number. Maybe UPS is the the best option.

These work very well most of the time. Lately I’ve been having difficulty with all of the water filtering down. It seems like air gets trapped in the filter. I have to tilt the pitcher until I get the air bubbles out before all the water can filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
With a TDS that runs in the 400s, I go thru a filter about once a week. Very easy to switch out and no wasted water like R/O systems. Admittedly, I use mine until the TDS reaches .015 which is way better than 498! Thanks for a great product!
