ZeroWater is the best filter that I have used. The city water in my area has a horrible taste but the filter eliminates it so I can drink tap water. The only issue I have is the cost but, for me, it is worth it. I buy filters on sale so that helps. I filter water for taste, but ZeroWater also filters possible harmful minerals/additives that is reassuring.

I have the water cooler system for more than 10 years. Wouldn't change to another system even if they paid me. It is still a little expensive on filters. There is always hope.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be. Use the chart in the link below to see what your filter life should be according to your tap water. If you did not get the minimum amount of gallons from your filters certainly give us a call and let us know. 1-800-503-2939

The 6 pack of filters was a great bargain. It helps save me money on filters. I use my Zero Water pitcher daily. Love the high-quality filtered water it provides. I get fairly long life out of each filter. My tap water is very descent, I mainly like to filter it to remove chlorine and other required chemicals for disinfection in tap water.

Normally ZW filters are perfect. The most recent one I installed is still leaving a strange taste, even after triple-checking the seal and filtering numerous pitchers-full. Hopefully it's a one-off problem.

Other water filters (in my opinion) cannot compare to the quality experienced with ZeroWater filters. I have been using ZeroWater filters for years and will continue to purchase them as long as they are available. The 6 pack is a great value and the convenient water meter let's me know when to replace the filters.
