zero water is one of the best thing I've done for myself and the 16 pack is a great deal. I've had a zero water dispenser in my refrigerator for 4 years now and just about everyone who has seen it and tried the water has purchased one for themselves. If the aren't convinced, I use the tester to show them the difference between the tap water, their bottled water, and their "purified" water and that usually seals the deal.

The filters do an excellent job of filtering our city tap water. It normally tastes like pool water but with zero water filters there is no taste at all, and I know that any unwanted substances are filtered out as well. We drink and use a lot of water and each filter last us about six weeks before we need to change it.

It filters the water great….I even use the filtered water to water my plants,so they don’t get that mineral crust on the dirt……BUT I think the filters themselves are a ecological nightmare the packaging is excessive and the filters …..I think a truck could run over them the plastic is so heavy and thick……why can’t they send you a bag of the “substrate” to put in a reusable filter???
