What a difference these make! Forget bottled water waste and get whatever size pitchers you need. Been using for years and a must have with our hard water.
When the filters work, they do a good job of cleaning the water, but they clog easily, and sometimes I have to unclog them several times before I can get the water to flow through. It is becoming VERY annoying.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
The filters were delivered directly from the factory and I tested the unit and indeed the water was zero conductivity immediately installing the new filter in my pitcher
It hasn't even been a month and I've gone through 2 filters already. Each one purified "maybe" between 8-10 gallons of water. And what's with the extremely potent FISH smell when a filter has been used up?

Typically this type of filter life would only occur if your tap water is in the 400+ppm range, the harder the filter must work to get the reading down to 000ppm the shorter the life of the filter will be. If you tap water much lower than this then please give us a call and we can have some replacements sent out to you. 1-800-503-2939
